Head Chef – Lead Hospice Kitchen & Nutrition

Marie Curie Edinburgh Hospice is seeking a Head Chef to lead the catering department, delivering high-quality meals for patients, visitors, volunteers and staff and to sustain compassionate care.

You will design nutritious menus, supervise a team, manage budget and ensure food safety standards, including HACCP and allergen controls, while building strong relationships with clinical colleagues.
