Services Manager, Plymouth
6 month fixed term contract – 10 hours per week – Salary £9,884 per annum (FTE £37,068).
We are currently recruiting for a Services Manager on a 6 month fixed term contract to manage our supported housing projects in Plymouth. We are seeking a manager who either has experience of working within a supported housing project or has worked in a housing management environment.
Duties include:
- Providing effective leadership and guidance to our colleagues and customers within the project.
- Undertaking void inspections and liaising with the Property Services team and contractors regarding void works.
- Promoting continual review and improvement of services.
- Fostering hope and creating conditions in which people can be enabled to live independently, be empowered and thrive.
You will be part of an out of hours on-call support rota (approximately one week in every 16 weeks) and will receive an additional payment (currently £169 per week).

- Knowledge of support and housing related issues.
- Somebody who has a flair for budgeting and cost management.
