What is it like to work in this office?
You’ll join a close-knit team of Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors, working collaboratively across a diverse portfolio of projects. These include commercial, residential, healthcare, education, heritage, and both public and private sector schemes.
Projects typically range from £500k to £50m+, offering exposure to both new build and complex refurbishment work.
You will:
- Work closely with senior team members and Partners
- Gain hands‑on experience across all RIBA stages
- Be supported through structured development and mentoring
- Build strong relationships with clients and project teams
Your profile
We are looking for someone with:
- At least 2 years’ PQS consultancy experience
- MRICS qualification (or working towards it)
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, procurement, and contract administration
- Experience working with JCT and NEC contracts
- Proven ability in cost planning, budgeting, and value engineering
- Experience managing project costs through to final account
- Strong communication and client‑facing skills
- A proactive and problem‑solving mindset
Technical skills
- Experience with cost management software (e.g. CostX, Bluebeam or similar)
- Confident in Microsoft 365
