The Recruitment Consultant will undergo industry-related and recruitment-specific training tailored to your level. You will learn how to identify, engage, and assess candidates using various sourcing techniques such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
Your responsibilities include conducting initial screenings, assessing candidate suitability, and coordinating interviews with clients. Building strong relationships with candidates and clients is crucial for successful placements.
You will have access to ongoing support and mentorship from experienced professionals, providing opportunities to learn and improve your recruitment skills.
Duties include:
- Identifying and developing client job opportunities
