Slowear is seeking a passionate and dynamic Sales Assistant to join our store on Marylebone High Street , London. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a brand rooted in timeless elegance, exceptional craftsmanship, and a distinctive approach to modern retail. As a Sales Assistant, you will act as a true brand ambassador and an “all-rounder” within the store. You will play a key role on the shopfloor, driving sales performance, building your own client base, and supporting all aspects of daily store operations.
Proactively develop and manage your personal client book through outreach and consistent CRM activity. Actively contribute to achieving individual and store sales targets with a strong commercial mindset. Support visual merchandising and ensure the shopfloor is always aligned with brand standards. Provide hands-on support in daily operations, including stock management and overall store upkeep. Take initiative and contribute ideas to drive performance and enhance the client experience.
2–3 years of experience in premium or luxury retail, preferably in a boutique environment. Strong clienteling skills, with a proactive approach to CRM and client outreach. Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to grow within the role and the brand.
