YOUR JOB

  • Step in as the go-to lead when the General Manager is away, ensuring everything runs smoothly
  • Own and drive the delivery of top-tier customer care, ensuring every guest has a great experience
  • Keep a close eye on daily operations to ensure all company processes and standards are consistently met
  • Support the GM in duties, including room checks and follow-ups on action plans and reports
  • Act as a hands‑on leader on the floor – jumping in where needed and leading by example
  • Help motivate, guide, and develop the team to maintain a positive, high‑energy work environment
  • Spot opportunities for improvement and bring fresh, creative ideas to the table

YOUR PROFILE

  • Previous experience in hospitality, ideally in a supervisory or management role
  • A hands‑on mindset – you’re not afraid to jump in and get things done
  • A natural people person with a passion for delivering great guest experiences
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks without losing your cool
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Confidence in making decisions and taking ownership when it counts
  • Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are always a plus)
  • A good understanding of operational processes and an eye for detail
  • Positive energy and the ability to contribute to a fun, team‑driven atmosphere
