We’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Attendance and Progress Monitor to join our team and support student success across the college. In this vital role, you’ll work closely with students, Achievement Tutors, and parents to understand and address barriers to attendance. You’ll monitor punctuality and attendance patterns, take action to improve engagement, and promote a culture of responsibility and commitment. By building positive relationships and providing tailored support, you’ll help ensure students stay on track and make the most of their time with us.
