Document Business Administrator

Location: Windsor, Berkshire

Salary: £24,000 – £26,000

Free on-site parking

We are an exciting global business experiencing year on year growth, having just entered a large global market. This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for detail who enjoys working with data and documents. You will play a key part in our critical business support teams, providing exemplary customer support and coordinating administrative tasks in a modern office environment in the heart of Windsor.

Key Duties

  • Receiving and processing work, dealing with supporting documentation daily
  • Organise, sort and file documents accurately
  • Identify any inconsistent or missing documents and re‑direct or source appropriately
  • Archive large volumes of documents
  • Data entry, ensuring accuracy at all times
  • Print, process and dispatch correspondence to clients and customers
  • Monitor and respond to emails promptly, ensuring professional communication
  • Maintain stock levels within the office

Knowledge and Skills Required

  • Demonstrable experience within customer service and/or an administrative role
  • Comfortable working within clear processes, following tasks in order and handling repetitive tasks
  • A strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy
  • IT literacy
