Project Coordinator

£20 – £25 p/h
Project Coordinator required by industry leading engineering company, based in Gloucester.
Responsibilities
- Raise and manage purchase orders in line with project requirements
- Support planning and coordination across multiple ongoing projects
- Liaise with third‑party service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Act as the point of contact for queries relating to documentation and paperwork
- Work closely with project leads to ensure smooth execution of project activities
- Analyse project and purchasing data using Excel (including pivot tables)
- Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of project‑related purchasing activities
Qualifications
- Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles
- Strong understanding of the complexities involved in project‑based environments
- Advanced Excel skills, including the use of pivot tables and data analysis
- Experience raising and managing purchase orders
- Proven ability to coordinate tasks across multiple stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with changing priorities
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise own workload
- Experience as a Project Planner, Supply Chain Coordinator, Assistant Buyer, or Project Support Administrator is desirable
