Production Facilitator

An exciting opportunity for a Production Facilitator in the logistics team in Aylesford. This temporary to permanent role will report to the Shift Supervisor and handle production processes to ensure the highest quality product is supplied to customers.

Responsibilities

• In-house production including moulding, powder coating, assembly and packaging
• Operating relevant machinery, keeping it running and reporting any issues quickly
• Ensuring products meet the standard
• Maintaining machinery
• Working towards KPIs
• Ad hoc warehouse duties
• Follow Health and Safety guidance

Qualifications

• Experienced in a manufacturing or production environment
• High attention to detail
• Team player who enjoys working in a fast paced environment
• Basic arithmetic skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Benefits

• Monday to Friday 06:00-15:00 or 07:00-16:00
• Pay up to £28k
• Weekly pay on Friday
