Your Day-to-Day
- Take inbound calls from customers with fraud concerns
- Investigate suspicious transactions and raise fraud cases
- Help customers keep their accounts safe
- Support with everyday banking queries
- Assist vulnerable customers with care and empathy
- Take ownership of issues and resolve them quickly
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ UK financial services experience
- Customer service or contact centre background
- Confident communicator with a calm, professional approach
- Strong attention to detail and decision‑making skills
- Able to handle sensitive conversations with empathy
- Motivated, proactive and solution-focused
Training & Working Pattern
- 2 weeks’ on‑site training in Glasgow (Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm)
- First 3 months office-based
- Hybrid options available after probation
- Rotational shifts between 10:00 – 23:00, Monday–Sunday
