About Zymix

Zymix is the definitive lifestyle ecosystem for the digital generation-bridging the gap between social connection and real-world experience. Transcending the “Super App” model, Zymix fuses hyper-social interaction with a seamless service layer, empowering global youth to integrate a wide range of services beyond social networking, discover Al-curated experiences, and unlock essential services in one fluid motion. We are redefining the platform economy by prioritising authenticity, community, and friction-free living.

About the role

We are looking for a high-energy, data-driven, and bilingual Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the recruitment strategy for our expanding Mandarin-speaking workforce in London. As we scale our global Super App ecosystem across the UK and Europe, your mission is two-fold: to build a powerhouse pipeline of top-tier bilingual talent and to execute aggressive sourcing strategies that convert high-potential candidates into key organisational hires.

The ideal candidate lives and breathes talent matching, understands the unique professional and cultural dynamics of the bilingual tech sector, and has a proven track record of scaling cross-functional teams. Because our platform moves at lightning speed, a strong foundational background or bonus experience in broader Human Resources (HR) practices will give you a significant advantage in managing the full employee lifecycle.

What you’ll own

  • Develop and execute localised talent acquisition strategies across LinkedIn, specialized job boards, and bilingual professional networks to drive massive pipeline growth for all London-based Mandarin-speaking roles.
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer negotiation) across various departments.
  • Work closely with Senior Leadership, Department Heads, and global HR teams to align hiring profiles with international business expansion goals.
  • Maintain, audit, and improve recruitment Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure a seamless, legally compliant, and highly structured candidate experience.
  • Analyse recruitment KPIs to optimise the performance of our talent funnel and ensure strong ROI on recruitment spend.
  • Leverage foundational HR experience to assist with local onboarding workflows, employee relations, and policy compliance within the London office where required.

What you’ll bring

  • Absolute fluency in Mandarin (written and verbal) is required for this role. You must be comfortable navigating recruitment processes and screening calls with Mandarin speaking candidates.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition or corporate recruiting.
  • You must have successful case studies demonstrating significant organic pipeline growth and a proven ability to close competitive, high-impact bilingual roles.
  • Ability to translate hiring data and market talent metrics into actionable business insights for senior leadership.
  • A “Super App” moves fast. You need to be highly comfortable switching gears between radically different service verticals and technical demographics.

Nice to haves

  • Prior experience or qualification in Human Resources (e.g., CIPD certification, employee lifecycle management, or UK employment law knowledge) is a major plus.
  • An established network within the bilingual Mandarin/English tech and business communities in London.
  • Deep interest in the “Super App” business model and the evolving global platform economy.

Why Zymix

  • Build a category-defining product for UK and European Gen-Z from day one.
  • Small senior team, direct access to leadership, fast decision-making.
  • Private healthcare through AXA from day 1. Including group income protection and group life cover.
  • Vibrant Soho office with free breakfast and afternoon snacks, weekly happy hour & more.
  • Competitive salary (DOE) + benefits package.
