Senior HR Analytics & Systems Analyst

West Lothian Council is looking for dynamic individuals to join their HR Information & Systems team. This role involves reviewing HR payroll systems, developing management information, and providing analytical services to support strategic projects.

The successful candidate should be educated to HNC level in HR or related management qualification, with experience in HR/Payroll systems. Strong analytical skills, the ability to manage workloads, and effective communication are essential for success. This is a permanent hybrid position allowing for up to two days of home working per week.
