Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Solihull for a Director of Business Development Adult Skills and Apprenticeships. The primary responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, creating and implementing strategic business plans, securing partnerships through lead generation and contract negotiations, and managing existing accounts to ensure long-term client satisfaction and alignment with organizational goals. The Director will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive growth and enhance the institution’s reach and impact.
