Our shift leader rate of pay starts from £14.76 an hour; this increases to £15.97 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.
New colleagues are offered a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, with flexibility for 12‑16 hours as needed.
Availability windows:
- Sunday: 23:00–08:00
- Tuesday: 23:00–03:00
- Wednesday: 23:00–07:30
- Friday: 23:00–07:30
- Saturday: 23:00–08:00
Responsibilities
As a Shift Leader you will work in a fast‑paced retail environment where every day presents new challenges. Your duties include:
- Co‑ordinating the team to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Providing on‑the‑job coaching and feedback to continuously improve service levels.
- Monitoring team performance and implementing practical actions for improvement.
- Ensuring the store remains a safe and welcoming place for both staff and shoppers.
