Responsibilities
- Delivering a range of projects of varying scale and complexity with minimal supervision.
- Providing technical leadership and support to project teams.
- Representing the organisation at client meetings, industry events, and professional forums.
- Supporting the development of junior staff and contributing to a culture of continual learning.
- Using tools like Newforma Project Center to manage documentation and ensure quality control.
- Supporting business development efforts and contributing to local strategic goals.
Project Delivery
- Lead on construction and refurbishment projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, MEPC, and landscape design teams.
- Promote health, safety, and wellbeing in design and construction processes.
- Provide expert insight into CDM regulations, fire safety, and sustainable construction methods.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Ensure that all outputs meet professional standards and regulatory requirements.
