Sales Consultant

Upload Abode is expanding and seeks an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Consultant to join one of Scotland’s leading independent estate agents. This role is ideal for someone with estate agency experience who enjoys interacting closely with clients and supporting the sales process from start to finish.

Based in our Uddingston office, you will support our negotiators and clients across Lanarkshire and Glasgow, acting as a key link between all parties involved in the transaction.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers by email and phone.
• Support the negotiators and wider team in the sales process.
• Upsell and cross-sell partner services.
• Carry out administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Great organisational skills.
• Experience working in a similar role.
• Confident, driven and highly motivated customer service focus.
• Self-starter who can work independently and as part of the Upload Abode family.
• Excellent communication in person and on the phone.
• Full driver’s licence.
