Drayton are thrilled to be supporting a well‑known, fast‑growing menswear brand in their search for an experienced Head of Merchandising with a strong background in wholesale apparel. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded merchandising leader to join a high‑performing team and make an immediate impact.

In this contract role you will:

• Take ownership of end‑to‑end merchandising across the retail and wholesale channels—driving range planning, trading performance, stock management, and strategic forecasting.
• Work closely with Design, Sales, and Finance to ensure the brand delivers the right product, in the right volumes, at the right time.

This position is ideal for someone who:

• Thrives in a dynamic, product‑driven environment and can hit the ground running.
• Has proven experience in wholesale apparel merchandising—ideally within menswear.

This role will be based in a London office 4 days a week to collaborate effectively with key stakeholders.
