This is a genuine opportunity to either step into a warm desk with live roles and active clients , or join as a trainee and build your career from the ground up with full training and support.
We’re open to:
- Experienced recruiters (around 1–2 years experience)
- Trainee consultants looking to break into recruitment
The Role:
You’ll be joining a fast-paced, high-energy construction recruitment team with a strong pipeline of live vacancies and established client relationships already in place. Depending on experience, you’ll either take ownership of a warm desk or be trained to build your own.
What you’ll be doing:
- Building and developing relationships with construction clients
- Sourcing top-tier candidates across the built environment
- Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle
- Working closely with a high-performing, supportive team
- Delivering results in a target-driven environment
What we’re looking for:
- Recruitment experience OR strong ambition to start a career in recruitment
- Confident communicator with strong people skills
- Driven, competitive and money-motivated mindset
- Interest in construction or the built environment (a bonus, not essential)
