The Role
- Handle a caseload of contentious and non‑contentious employment matters, including:
- Contracts and service agreements
- Disciplinary and grievance issues
- Redundancy and reorganisation
- Business transfers
- Settlement agreements
- Tribunal claims
- Maternity and parental rights
- Discrimination, whistleblowing, and unfair dismissal
The Candidate
- Ideally 2+ years PQE in Employment Law
- Demonstrate confidence when advising both employers and employees
- Operate in a friendly, personable manner
- Work effectively to meet deadlines and provide a high level of client care
- Show strong commercial acumen and contribute to business development strategies
- Have an existing network of local contacts (advantage)
