About the Role

The IT Help Desk team is fundamental in supporting colleagues across our multi-site business. We are continually growing and improving our services, which is why we are currently looking for an IT Support Supervisor to join our team.
As an IT Support Supervisor at Barchester, you will be working as part of the IT Help Desk team to allocate work to the team and provide front line technical support for our employees. You should inspire a team with a heavy workload to maintain an excellent level of service to the business.
About You
You are a team player whose phone manner is confident and friendly. You have previous experience of managing a team and allocating work, and outstanding communication skills that enable you to deliver accessible advice. Ideally, you are a self‑motivated individual who can work proactively without supervision.
