About the School

Waverley Education Foundation (WEF) is a Multi Academy Trust operating Waverley School and Waverley Studio College. Waverley School is an all-through school for pupils aged 4-19 with a Resource Base for pupils with cognition and learning difficulties. In September 2021 Ofsted graded Waverley School as a ‘Good’ School.

Responsibilities

• Lead the pastoral care of a year group to achieve their full potential, working with the Achievement Co‑ordinator and other staff.
• Ensure high standards of attendance, punctuality and behaviour for the specific year group.
• Communicate effectively with pupils, teachers, and external agencies as required.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Relevant qualifications and A*–C GCSE in English or equivalent.
• Fluent spoken English; meeting Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) requirement.
• Ability to communicate effectively with pupils, teachers, and external agencies.
• Enhanced DBS check and compliance with the person specification.
