Electrical Site Supervisor – Permanent Role

We are looking to recruit an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to oversee commercial electrical projects across West London and surrounding areas.

Location: West London & Teddington

Pay: £270 per day

Type: Permanent

This is a hands‑on supervisory role working closely with site teams, subcontractors and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Role

• Oversee day‑to‑day electrical site operations
• Manage electricians and subcontractors
• Supervise commercial installs, panel upgrades and LED lighting projects
• Ensure projects hit deadlines and quality standards
• Manage H&S and site compliance
• Coordinate materials, labour and logistics
• Attend site meetings and liaise with clients/project teams
• Support testing, commissioning and handovers

Qualifications

• Strong commercial electrical background
• Previous site supervision experience
• SSSTS / SMSTS preferred
• ECS/JIB Card
• Ability to read drawings and manage site programmes
• Organised, proactive and able to lead from the front
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Full UK driving licence
