As Client Director, you’ll operate as a true strategic partner to your client, leading the direction and delivery of major campaigns while driving long-term growth. You’ll play a key role in shaping brand communications bringing ideas to life across everything from retail activations and experiential to fully integrated, multi-channel campaigns. With high visibility across the agency, this role is perfect for someone who thrives on ownership, enjoys influencing senior stakeholders and wants to make a real impact.
What you’ll be doing…
- Acting as the senior strategic lead for a key health & wellness client
- Owning the end-to-end delivery of integrated campaigns across multiple channels
- Shaping brand messaging, storytelling and tone of voice
- Driving creative thinking and campaign development from concept through to execution
- Leading retail activations and supporting experiential activity
- Building strong, long-term client relationships and identifying growth opportunities
- Collaborating closely with internal creative, strategy and delivery teams
- Ensuring work is delivered on brief, on time and on budget
- Leading, mentoring and developing junior team members
- Supporting new business and contributing to wider agency growth

You’re a commercially minded Client Director who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment. You’re confident leading senior client relationships, bringing fresh thinking to the table and taking full ownership of both strategy and delivery.
What we’re looking for…
- Proven experience at Account Director or Client Director level within an integrated or creative agency
- Strong background delivering campaigns across retail, lifestyle or FMCG brands
- Experience leading integrated, multi-channel campaigns
- A strategic and commercially driven mindset
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong leadership experience, with a passion for developing others
