Job Description:

We’re looking for a motivated Project Cost Consultant to join our London team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in cost management services, with exposure across both pre- and post-contract stages.

This full-time, hybrid role involves working with clients and project teams to deliver residential developments across the UK (£20m–£150m), reporting directly to a Senior Cost Consultant or Associate Director while supporting the delivery of high-profile schemes.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Support day-to-day cost management activities across assigned projects
  • Assist with cost planning, procurement, and post-contract services
  • Work collaboratively with clients, consultants, and wider project teams to support successful project delivery
  • Contribute to commercial reporting and help monitor project financial performance
  • Build strong working relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Support the continued development of data-led and digital approaches to cost management

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • MRICS qualified or currently undertaking the APC process preferred
  • General understanding of core cost management services and project delivery processes
  • Developing commercial awareness and understanding of client objectives and project drivers
  • Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance
  • Adaptable and proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Interest in digital and data-driven approaches within construction and cost management
  • Passion for the Real Estate and Construction Industry and a desire to develop a long-term consultancy career
