With a strong pipeline of secured residential projects, they’re looking for an experienced Internals Manager to join the team and help deliver largescale schemes from first fix through to handover.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being heavily involved onsite, working closely with subcontractors and the wider project team to keep works moving safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
The Role
As Internals Manager, you’ll oversee the day to day running of internal fitout works on a large residential development. You’ll coordinate subcontractors, manage quality onsite, and ensure works are progressing in line with programme.
You’ll be involved from drylining and first fix stages right through to project completion, working closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager.
Responsibilities
- Managing day to day internal fitout activities onsite
- Coordinating multiple subcontractors and trades
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience managing internals on large residential projects
- Good understanding of fitout and internal trades
- SMSTS qualified
- Commutable to Henley on Thames
