Overview
About The Role: Are you passionate about supporting young people to succeed and grow? As a Student Relations Officer, you’ll play a key role in shaping the student experience across our Park Lane Campus. This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You’ll help students meet their attendance and academic goals, guide them as they plan their next steps, whether that’s university, an Apprenticeship, or the world of work, and inspire them to get involved in enrichment activities that build confidence and real‑world skills. We’re looking for someone who brings energy, empathy, and adaptability. You’ll be a familiar, friendly face on campus greeting students, encouraging positive behaviour, and being a trusted point of contact for our students. You’ll also have the chance to work closely with students to help deliver key campaigns and initiatives that really make an impact. If you love building relationships, motivating others, and creating opportunities for young people to thrive, this could be the perfect role for you.
