Currently recruiting for an experienced FM Account Manager for a prestigious contract managing buildings for Leisure, Entertainment and Office space, you will be leading and managing an integrated service team to provide a wide range of services, together with controlling costs and improving service, quality and growth of the contract.
Responsibilities/Duties for the successful Account Manager include:
- Responsibility for Profit and Loss Financial Management
- Providing a management interface with the Client’s Management Team, to jointly develop services and solutions
- Conform to Health, Safety and Environmental procedures
- Deliver projects to the customers’ requirements, meeting specified timescales
- Managing and directly communicating with the Site Team
- Attending meetings with the Client Stakeholder Team
- Providing the Client with compliance data
- Supporting internal and external audits
- Producing monthly data and accounts for invoicing
- Collating WIP
- Other duties that may be requested within the scope of FM accountability
