Motorcycle Sales Executive – Cheltenham

Basic salary plus a bonus providing £45,000+ uncapped annual on‑target earnings. 45‑hour 5‑day week (Monday to Saturday with a guaranteed day off in the week).

Job Summary

Reporting to the Sales Manager and working with a close‑knit sales team, as a New/Used Motorcycle Sales Executive you will sell new and used motorcycles, add‑ons, finance and insurance products and warranties to reach and exceed targets. You will keep customers informed of delivery progress, advise customers of any delays, resolve queries, collect payment from customers before releasing the bike, explain warranties, service arrangements, introduce the customer to the Aftersales/Clothing/Accessories Department where possible, demonstrate bike features and offer any other support that may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Sell new and used motorcycles, add‑ons, finance and insurance products and warranties.
  • Keep customers informed of delivery progress and advise of any delays.
  • Resolve any queries that may arise.
  • Collect payment from customers before bike release.
  • Explain warranties, service arrangements, and introduce customers to Aftersales/Clothing/Accessories departments.
  • Demonstrate bike features and offer additional support as needed.

Qualifications

  • Previous or current experience in automotive vehicle sales, ideally with motorcycles.
  • Strong sales/customer service experience and ability to build excellent relationships.
  • Passion for all things two‑wheel, especially the product you work with.
  • Strong communication skills, proactive and results‑driven attitude.
  • Customer‑centric mindset.
  • A UK motorcycle licence with minimal points is desirable but non‑essential.
