Senior Internal Audit Analyst (FTC)
1. You’ll support Bupa’s mission by improving risk management and strengthening internal controls as part of a dynamic, data‑led team that provides independent assurance to senior leaders across our global businesses.
2. This fixed‑term opportunity is ideal for an experienced auditor who can deliver impact quickly, take ownership of defined work, and apply expertise within a clear timeframe.

How You’ll Help Us Make Health Happen
- Lead and deliver multiple assurance activities, completing them on time and to a high standard.
- Write, review and present high‑quality audit reports.
- Engage with key stakeholders, building rapport and keeping them informed.
- Predict emerging business risks and report findings in a commercially minded way.
- Identify and recommend improvements to the audit delivery process.
- Follow up on audit management action plans to ensure timely risk mitigation.
- Apply technical and specialist skills to support and innovate in GIA.
- Champion data analytics and visualisation throughout audit stages.
- Collaborate across teams to share best practice, deliver annual audit plans, and align with strategy and goals.
- Support the Director/CAO‑MU in developing audit plans.
- Coach and motivate team members while overseeing audits.
- Resolve non‑compliance with Bupa’s policies, procedures and code of conduct.
- Drive continuous improvement in GIA, team, and personal performance.
- Learn the business through cross‑functional insights and disclosures.
Skills & Experience Required For This Role
- Strong technical audit skills and delivery of high‑quality audits.
- Significant senior audit experience with limited supervision.
- Trusted business partner experience in a service‑oriented audit function.
- Data analytics skills for impactful insights and change.
- Governance, risk and control mindset; understanding of the 3‑Lines model.
- In‑depth knowledge of risk management, audit methods and techniques.
- Experience leading teams and managing people.
- Reputation for delivering on commitments and accountability.
- Strong communication skills for written and verbal presentation of audit results.
- Commercial awareness, business acumen, and understanding of Bupa and its regulatory framework.
- Good educational record up to degree level.
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA, PIIA, CMIIA or equivalent overseas qualification desirable.
