The Role
- Managing the full recruitment cycle from business development through to placement
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Sourcing, interviewing, and placing high-quality candidates
- Developing new business opportunities within your specialist sector
- Working towards achievable targets and KPIs
- Contributing to the continued growth and expansion of the business
- Providing an excellent level of customer service throughout the recruitment process
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in recruitment is essential
- A growth mindset and genuine ambition to develop with the business
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of achieving targets
- Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence preferred
