You will be supporting the Infra Operation & Cyber Security team during your internship.
$800 – 1,500 monthly

Responsibilities
- Attend to all IT Helpdesk calls and service requests, ensuring all problems / issues / requests are logged, tracked and closed.
- Assist in on-boarding and off-boarding request.
- Assist with preparing weekly operational reports.
- Provide technical support and assist end user to troubleshoot issues related to laptops/desktop, printers, smart phones, applications and cyber incidents.
- Administration and manage of Windows 11, such as monthly patch update, OS version upgrade and cloning.
- Perform laptops/desktops hardware troubleshooting and diagnosis.
- Manage laptops/desktops, IT peripherals and software inventory.
- Assist in the maintaining incident response plans and procedure.
- Assist in the development of training materials on various cybersecurity topics.
- Automate Infra related tasks using Ansible, PowerShell or Power Automate.
- Update documentation and process map.
- Assist with road show.
- Explore initiatives to enhance operational excellence, such as AI chatbots via Copilot Studio or open-source cybersecurity solutions like SIEM, SOAR, OSINT, and security monitoring.
Qualifications
- Students with Information Technology background or equivalent (e.g., Infrastructure/Cloud, Cybersecurity, Digital Forensics, Networking).
- Proactive and independent team player with strong technical, documentation and organizational skills.
