Factory based, commutable from Fraddon, Newquay, St Austell, Padstow, Bodmin, Truro and surrounding areas.
This rare and genuinely exciting opportunity offers the chance to take charge of the Engineering department with 12 direct reports, as part of a global manufacturer that has quadrupled its engineering team in the last 4 years. You will have autonomy to directly impact the team, further your career and play a vital part in the company’s growth.
The Role:
- Oversee, improve and implement engineering plans to increase maintenance reliability
- Upskill, mentor and develop the team through strong leadership
- Further career progression into Operations
The Person:
- Previous Engineering or Manufacturing background
