Salary and Hours

£32,073 to £39,043 a year, Pro rata.

Job responsibilities

• Completion of an ICU Foundation Programme if required.
• Opportunity to apply for and undertake a Post Graduate Certificate in Adult Intensive Care Practice if not already attained.
• Completion of a leadership course supportive of the role and future development if required.
• Regular performance appraisals and personalised development plan.
• Simulated practice.
• Dedicated team development training days.
• Optional secondment and rotation to other critical care areas.
