Build and nurture long-term client relationships through strong clienteling and the development of a loyal client book. Present and style collections with confidence, communicating the craftsmanship, creativity, and artistic inspiration behind each piece. Proactively drive sales performance while maintaining the highest standards of luxury service. Maintain detailed knowledge of couture techniques, silhouettes, fabrics, and the creative vision behind the collections. Collaborate with the wider boutique team to ensure a seamless and elevated in-store experience. Support private appointments, VIP clients, and bespoke requests with professionalism and discretion.
