The Vale Academy are looking to appoint a Bridge and PLC Manager to join our academy in September 2026 on a permanent, full time basis.

As the person overseeing both Bridge and PLC, you will work as part of the Deep Support team to promote the Learning and Welfare of vulnerable students and those who experience barriers to learning by supporting and leading the Bridge and PLC facilities within the academy

The Vale is a successful and high achieving 11 to 18 academy which has an excellent reputation and an established trend of high student outcomes, which are consistently above those achieved nationally. Indeed, 2025outcomes placed the academy first in the local authority with attainment at 4+ and 5+ in both English and Maths at 77% and 65% respectively and an attainment score of 51.6.
