They are looking to appoint a Senior CRM Campaign Manager to lead customer lifecycle and engagement strategy across global markets.
The Opportunity
This is a strategic and hands‑on role. As Senior CRM Campaign Manager you will be working closely with global marketing leaders, admissions teams, regional stakeholders, and technology partners.
You will own the end‑to‑end customer journey strategy, leading multi‑channel CRM campaigns across email, SMS, app/push, and direct mail to improve engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and optimise the customer lifecycle and CRM communication strategy
- Deliver targeted multi‑channel CRM campaigns across email, SMS, app, and direct mai to drive engagement, retention, and conversion including
- Analyse campaign and customer journey performance to improve ROI and customer experience
- Lead segmentation and personalisation strategies using customer data and insights
- Collaborate with cross‑functional global teams to deliver aligned campaigns
- Manage and mentor junior CRM team members
- Support the optimisation of CRM and marketing automation technologies
What We Are Looking For
- Proven CRM and lifecycle marketing experience across acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation
- Hands‑on delivery of multi‑channel CRM campaigns and customer journey strategies
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data and performance metrics to drive optimisation and ROI
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, or HubSpot
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills
- Previous team leadership or mentoring experience
