This is a rare opportunity to join a long-established, predominantly private practice in the heart of Manchester. The practice has been built on clinical integrity, patient relationships, and a reputation that speaks for itself. With brand-new surgeries refurbished just two and a half years ago, a fully digital and well-equipped clinical environment, and a close-knit team who have been there for over a decade, this is the kind of practice that doesn’t come up often. You’ll be stepping into an established list, not starting from scratch and there’s genuine scope to grow your days and develop your private diary over time.
What’s on Offer
- 45% of private income – strong earning potential from a loyal, city-centre patient base
- £13 per UDA – approximately 700–800 UDAs per year
- 2-3 days per week initially with realistic potential to expand to 4 or 5 days as your diary grows
- Flexibility on days
- Start date: end of August / early September
- Brand-new surgeries fully refurbished 2.5 years ago, all four kitted to the highest standard
- iTero scanner, digital x-rays, rotary endo, and a Megagen implant kit on-site
- Hygienist/therapist on-site
Who We’re Looking For
- GDC registration is essential
- NHS Performer Number required
- A confident GDP who can deliver excellent general and restorative dentistry to a high standard
- Someone who genuinely cares about patients and builds long-term relationships – this is not a churn-and-burn practice
- An associate who is self-sufficient clinically but values being part of a supportive team
- Interest in cosmetic, aesthetic, or minimally invasive dentistry is a strong advantage – there is patient demand and scope to develop this
