Job Description:
Reload Internet is not a standard retail business. We are a high-speed Digital Studio and Administrative Hub in Paddington, specialising in high-stakes biometric photography and OCI/Visa consultations. We are currently expanding into Fine Art Scanning and Professional 1-Hour Film Development.
The Mission
- Technical Production: Operate large-format printers and high-end scanners for professional artists.
- Biometric Precision: Capture and edit government-standard photos using Adobe Photoshop.
- High‑Level Consultation: Manage complex visa applications where “Zero-Error” is the only acceptable standard.
- Commercial Growth: Actively upsell services and protect the business’s value—you never give away our expertise for free.
Mandatory Requirements
- Exceptional English: Native or near‑native command of English (written and verbal). You will be handling technical legal documents and communicating with high‑value clients.
- Technical Logic: You don’t need to be a pro yet, but you must be a “Systems Thinker” who can operate a PC and learn creative software fast.
- The “Store Owner” Mindset: You treat the studio as if it were your own. You are punctual, reliable, and obsessed with maintaining a spotless, profitable environment.
- Intellectual Calibre: Join a team that has included talent from the Royal College of Art (RCA), UCL, and Cambridge.
