We’re hiring a Solution Architect to support a major UK insurer on a large‑scale policy migration (~200k policies).

This is a high‑profile programme requiring hands‑on architectural leadership to bring clarity to a complex, under‑defined environment.

Key Focus

• Define end‑to‑end solution architecture & target state
• Establish design principles and governance
• Own cross‑system and downstream dependencies
• Lead complex migration decisions

Experience Needed

• Solution Architecture on large migration / transformation programmes
• Insurance platforms (protections preferred)
• Strong Experience working in ambiguous, high‑risk environments
