Commercial Property Solicitor – Greater Manchester

Up to £55,000, 2+ years Post‑Qualification Experience (PQE)

Responsibilities

• Provide full‑range commercial property services, including sales and acquisitions of properties, land and assets.
• Handle all transaction types, with a strong focus on leaseholds.
• Work independently and efficiently with minimal partner supervision.
• Build and maintain a network of referral sources to support the firm’s growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years PQE with a proven track record in commercial property transactions.
• Excellent technical abilities and strong commercial judgment.
• Experience dealing with leaseholds.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive remuneration package up to c£55,000.
• Hybrid working options available following the qualification period.
