Expression of Interest: Lecturer & Programme Lead – Brickwork

We are seeking skilled bricklayers to transition into a rewarding teaching role at our college. We provide training to help you achieve teaching qualifications, even if you do not currently hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, and assess practical brickwork training to students.
• Assist students in developing technical and safety skills related to bricklaying.
• Support the college’s commitment to excellent education and student success.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in brickwork/bricklaying is essential.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage and motivate students.
• Enthusiasm for teaching and a commitment to helping students achieve their potential.
• Willingness to participate in teacher training to gain QTS.
