DEPUTY MANAGER – CHILDREN’S RESIDENTIAL

Derby, NG10

Pay: £16.50 per hour plus £45 sleep rate. Annual Salary: Approx. £33,000 – £40,000 per annum. Hours: 160 hours per month.

We are recruiting for an experienced Deputy Manager to support the running of a 4‑bed EBD children’s home supporting young people aged 8-17.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Registered Manager
• Leading shifts
• Safeguarding young people
• Staff supervision
• Care planning
• Maintaining Ofsted standards

Requirements

• Level 3 Children & Young People qualification
• Experience within Children’s Residential Care
• Strong safeguarding and leadership skills
• EBD experience preferred
