Early Years Family Support Practitioner – School Readiness

Suffolk County Council, through the Bows and Arrows Group, is offering an exciting opportunity for a Family Support Practitioner to work at Oak Wood Nursery and Forest School in Ipswich. In this role, you will closely support children aged 0–5 years and their families, focusing on promoting school readiness and family engagement.

The ideal candidate will hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years and have experience working with children with additional needs. This position is rewarding, with a focus on making a genuine difference in the community.
