You will play a key role in identifying customer requirements, providing technical solutions, and developing strong distributor and end-user relationships within the industrial pneumatics market.
Area Sales Manager Job Overview• Manage and develop distributor relationships, monitoring performance and supporting growth initiatives• Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and commercial offers• Deliver product training and technical presentations to customers and distributors• Maintain a structured weekly call plan and update CRM/call reporting systems• Gather market intelligence, monitor competitor activity, and report on trends and opportunities• Prepare and support annual sales targets and regional business planning• Liaise with internal departments including finance, sales, and technical teams to support commercial decisions• Ensure timely submission of reports, expenses, and claims in line with company policy
Area Sales Manager Job Requirements• Proven experience in field sales within pneumatics or industrial automation• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the region
