Systems Developer Step into a role where your technical creativity directly shapes how the organisation works every day. As a key member of a transformation-driven team, you’ll partner closely with the Systems Lead to build, refine, and elevate solutions across Dynamics 365 CRM, the Power Platform, Power Apps (Model-Driven), and Power Automate. This is your chance to engineer systems that are not only reliable and scalable, but genuinely game-changing for the business. You’ll blend configuration, automation, integration, and bespoke development to boost data quality, streamline processes, and deliver intuitive, user-focused tools that make a real impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Transform Dynamics 365 CRM through smart configuration and customization, ensuring it evolves with the business and remains a trusted source of truth.
  • Build powerful, time-saving automations in Power Automate that cut out repetitive work and unlock new levels of efficiency.
  • Develop and enhance solutions across the Power Platform, including Model-Driven Apps, to expand system capability and user experience.
  • Create and maintain integrations that keep data flowing seamlessly between Dynamics 365 and other core systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system and integration issues, using proactive monitoring and root‑cause analysis to strengthen long‑term stability.
  • Design and deliver bespoke web tools, dashboards, calculators, and reporting assets that push the platform beyond its out‑of‑the‑box limits.
  • Contribute to agile, sprint‑based delivery cycles, helping shape and refine the team backlog.

What You Bring

  • Hands‑on experience configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Strong capability across the Power Platform—especially Power Automate and Model-Driven Power Apps.
  • Experience designing and maintaining system integrations.
  • A solid grasp of data structures, system logic, and workflow design.
  • The ability to turn business needs into practical, scalable technical solutions.
  • Exposure to agile or sprint‑based delivery environments (a bonus, not a must).
