Salary: £28,000 to £34,500 per year depending on experience
Location: Covering Blackpool, Preston, Lancaster and surrounding areas with occasional travel

Join us as a Maintenance Engineer. No previous industry experience is needed — if you’re hardworking, eager to learn, we’ll provide the training and support to build a long‑term career in a skilled trade.
You’ll work alongside experienced engineers maintaining air conditioning and refrigeration systems for commercial customers across the Fylde Coast and surrounding areas.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Carrying out planned maintenance on air conditioning and refrigeration systems
- Learning fault-finding and repair skills from experienced engineers
- Working on equipment including split AC systems, VRV/VRF systems, refrigeration units and cold rooms
- Updating work information using our mobile job management system
- Providing great service to customers
- Working safely and professionally at all times
What We’re Looking For:
You do not need previous HVAC or refrigeration experience — we’ll train the right person.
- Reliable and hardworking
- Good with tools or practical tasks
- Keen to learn a new trade and build a career
- Friendly and professional with customers
- Comfortable using a smartphone/mobile apps
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Additional Duties
- Undertake other tasks not limited to this list that may be required by the company.
