Adept Care Homes provide high-quality residential and dementia care in family-run, Midlands-based care homes. You will be joining the team at Bowood Court & Mews Care Home, a welcoming 59-bed residential home in Enfield, Redditch, offering affordable, high-quality care.
As Night Manager, you will oversee night-shift operations, ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of residents while leading and supporting a dedicated team of care staff to maintain excellent standards of care throughout the night.
About the Night Manager role
- Pay of £36,592.00 Per Annum
- 40 hours a week
- Supervise and support care staff during the night shift, ensuring adherence to care plans and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Oversee the delivery of personalized care to residents with dementia, demonstrating empathy and understanding in challenging situations.
- Conduct regular rounds to assess residents’ needs, respond to emergencies, and ensure a safe and secure environment.
- Manage administrative tasks, including documentation, reports, and updating resident records accurately.
- Collaborate with other department heads to ensure seamless operations and continuity of care between shifts.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Previous Team Leader or Deputy Manager experience (essential)
- NVQ 3 in Direct Care (essential)
- Excellent literacy, numeracy and communication skills
- Own car required and business miles paid
- Positive and caring attitude (essential)
