Key Account Executive London£Hybrid Working (3 days office based initially, reducing to 2)
A growing business within the contractor/payroll space is looking to bring in a Key Account Executive to join its London team.
This role sits within an established account management function and focuses on managing and growing a warm portfolio of agency accounts. You’ll inherit active relationships from day one and work closely with senior members of the team to increase consultant referrals, strengthen client relationships, and identify opportunities for account growth.
The role is heavily relationship-led and would suit somebody who enjoys the client-facing side of sales and account management – building strong partnerships, speaking regularly with clients, and becoming a trusted point of contact across their account base.
Managing relationships across a portfolio of warm agency accounts• Building relationships with consultants and key stakeholders• Supporting senior account managers with account growth strategy• Handling client queries and ensuring a high level of service• Identifying opportunities for upselling and account expansion• Maintaining accurate CRM records and account activity
Previous sales, account management, or client-facing experience• Strong communication and relationship-building skills• Previous experience within the umbrella, payroll, contractor services, or recruitment sector is essential for this role.
