Event Planner / Conference Coordinator Location: Egham, UK (Hybrid – 1 day onsite, 4 days remote) Contract: Pay Rate: £17.50 per hour PAYE (eTeam Payroll)⏰ We are currently looking for an experienced Event Planner / Conference Coordinator to support the operational delivery of both virtual and onsite conferences across the UK and internationally.

⚠️ This role is heavily focused on event registrations and conference operations rather than full end-to-end event planning. Manage virtual event operations from start to finish including registration setup and management✔️ Coordinate with internal stakeholders on delivery specifications and event execution✔️ Support onsite and virtual conferences across multiple international locations✔️ Train program partners on registration tools, event technologies, and conference processes✔️ Improve attendee engagement and enhance customer experience through innovative event solutions✔️ Identify operational efficiencies and workflow improvements across high-volume events✔️ Collaborate with global conference teams on process enhancements and best practices✔️ Support special projects related to virtual event delivery and workflow optimization

Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in conference coordination, event operations, or virtual event support✅ Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory✅ Must be local to the Egham office (1 day onsite required weekly)✅ Active passport and willingness to travel internationally✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)✅ Experience with virtual event platforms such as Zoom or Webex preferred✅ Travel Requirements (No Visa Restrictions):
